Handling Mesh
Safety First
Care should be taken when handling any wire mesh or wire mesh product.
By its very nature, wire mesh comprises wires, often very fine and soft, but sometimes cut ends of wires can pierce the skin and cause pain.
Whilst the flat sides of the mesh cloth or sheet are perfectly safe to handle, the edges may include sharp cut or even protruding wire ends..
We would recommend that wire mesh in general is not for unsupervised use by younger children.
As responsible suppliers, we recommend the use of safety glasses/goggles at all times when handling wire and wire mesh.
As a result of the manufacturing process, some mesh or mesh products may still have a light lubricant on its surface. This will wipe or wash off if needed before use.
