We usually print orders off and ship within 24 hours. This depends on the complexity of the order and of the internal logistics of shipping the item.
Cutting is often easy and extremely safe. Please check the individual product listings for details on cutting safely.
No mesh is totally rust-proof; that’s why it’s called Stain-less steel. Stainless steel 316 and 304 have excellent rust resistant properties and should last a long time in pristine condition.
Yes, but we need to discuss the order first to ensure that we have the stock ready. We will also give you a time to come in for collection. This is a working factory and we have hundreds of orders to work through every week. DO NOT come in without calling first. It may take up to an hour to cut and order and we may not be able to spend the time at all depending on our schedule.

We accept returns, but please contact us for a returns reference before posting your returned items.
Please also state clearly your reason for returning our product.
Where we have issued a returns reference, we will meet the return postage cost. Items returned without a reference will not be refunded, nor return postage costs covered.
