I expected an email acknowledging the order but didn’t get one. If I hadn’t made a note of the Order number it would have been tricky emailing to check on progress. I didn’t get an email about delivery either so wasn’t able to plan receiving the order. I like to track orders so I can be home at the right time/day.

Very sharp prongs top and bottom of width. Be careful when opening as it springs open when wrapping is removed
