Products are excellent but extremely difficult to get through to anyone on phone lines. Delivery is said to be next day but often comes as and when – sometimes an order is prompt, other times not – and you can’t get through to check your order progress. It’s a lottery.
Had the package been better wrapped for postal delivery, and had it arrived intact, I would expect to be rating this product highly. It is pricey, but then it is made of stainless steel.
